Abstract:Root canal Retreatment: The difficult way to the Apex .
Root canal retreatement is one of the most common topics that is important for dental clinicians.
In this presentation, I will show how to choose the suitable clinical case for root canal retreatment, coronal disassembly post removal, finding missed canals, repairing of furcation perforation , rotary removing of gutta percha, dealing with many clinical situations, overextended gutta percha, management of leadge, and separated instruments .
