Abstract: In order to preserve natural teeth to the greatest extent possible, modern endodontic treatment offers a chance for cases with serious complications, such as perforations, internal resorption, open apex and large periapical lesions. In this lecture, I will focus on practical approaches to manage such challenging cases, demonstrating through examples from my own practice.
